Problem is there's blackspots in his arms , i have readt that you can edit it on photoshop .. but i have no photoshop

Anyone can Fix the Blackspots ?

Just needed a little help , i hve converted a Kobe Cf back from 2k11 ..
Problem is there's blackspots in his arms , i have readt that you can edit it on photoshop .. but i have no photoshop
So , can someone do it for me ? thanks in adv.
