FYI for anyone who hadn't seen

Per Vlad via his Blog wrote:Hello!

It's time to set everything in stone. :)
1) The release is set to Friday.
2) Prices and Discounts are published. You can find them in the Purchasing Instruction: click (please, ignore the missing videos - they will be added tomorrow or on Firday). Guru for a single platform (PC or XBox 360) + all the interfaces is $36, which is slightly more than last year. And additional $17.5 to get Guru for the second platform. Minus 20% off the first Guru and MyFriend, if you purchased Guru last year.

Be ready for the upcoming release! ;)

Best wishes,
Vlad

thanks for the heads up. Attempted a video explaining it all,
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=59zaH0k_kgU

so, with my understanding, you can do a Total Conversion mod (NCAA, Street, other Leagues, etc) for $5.50. Teams, Arenas, Jerseys plus the free Players tab.

The video has some other recommendations too.

Direct link to the licensing information - http://redmc.red-mods.com/HowToBuy.html
and Friday! w00t!

I read the purchasing details, I have three questions.

1) What does the "Names Parameters" license do?

2) On step 8 of the "Purchasing Steps" it says "You will be answered with a Product Key during the next 72 hours (usually, 6-24 hours) after your order is placed." Does this mean I need to wait 6-24 hours to get the product key so I can use the REDitor?

3) Why can't we just pay for the REDitor straight up with a credit or debit card (and not have to use these payment services like PayPal and Money Gram)?

After you buy a license, can you buy additional tabs at a later time if you change your mind?

my understanding is yes, he wants this to be as customizable as possible

1. Names Parameters I am assuming covers the First/Last names for draftees and their audioIDs.

2. Yes, I believe that is the case with the wait.

3. Probably because these ways are easier. If you did it directly, you would be giving that information directly to Vlad. We all trust and love him, but c'mon, sharing card info is like Internet rule #1

Now I understand, If you don't mind I have 2 more questions:

1) I am an OS guy and I have a guy over there named beas10 that is making an NCAA College Hoops 2K13 PC to Xbox 360 conversion mod (here's the link if you want to check it out: http://www.operationsports.com/forums/n ... 360-a.html) , and he needs the REDitor to complete this amazing conversion, but he is only 13 and is not good with all that payment stuff, and is questionable about making an account for PayPal, is making a PayPal fast and easy?

2) What is the extra fee for using PayPal when buying the REDitor?

JaoSming, do you know which tabs are necessary for NBA Stats Tracker?

Mr. Vlad,

Just a question in regards to payments and PayPal.

Does the payment system accept the eCheque method of payment via PayPal?
You would probably already be aware of this

My account is directly linked to my bank account so I do not have to continuously deposit funds into my PayPal account.
PayPal just withdraws funds from my bank account where necessary to make payment and sends the payment as a eCheque.
PayPal states that eCheque can sometimes take 3-5 days to clear.

I am quite sure I have paid for the last 2 REDITOR products this way and there was never a problem so I am just double checking with you if it is different for this release or not.

Anyway. Good work bro and I look forward to editing. Thanks! (Y)

I'll assume stats and teams tabs, but I have no idea what is going on with NST after Leftos' announcement. He would be the one to tell you.

Thanks. Yeah, but he did have Detroit Pistons Association going with beta REDitor and NST so I assume it's ready.

When it becomes available for download, where will it be downloaded from? This website or the blog? Or somewhere else?
