NBA 2k13 Official PC Patch?

Is there any news about the official game patch from 2K?
or we will be waiting for nothing

are we even going to GET one this year? i know with 2k12 people were constantly bugging ronnie about it, but i haven't read anything on it.

Supposedly we're getting it when the consoles have received all their planned updates. It doesn't seem like they're getting any more updates aside from the rosters (which the PC version also has been receiving) so hopefully that means the PC patch is coming soon, but there's been no word from 2K on the matter for some time.

I did contact 2k support about it, they have no idea and said they are not told the time frames for such things

I Tweeted the social media guys as well, no reply.

will another week go by without it? it's already later than 2k11's and 12's. haven't heard a thing from ronnie like we usually do.

Seeing as how short-changed we got on the PC version this year I wouldnt be surprised if they fart in our faces again and say no PC patch is coming.

Indeed. At least we got a response, but no news of a patch, so we're still in the same boat.

could one take legal action against 2k for not patching the game (it's not like i have the money to do so, but i'm just curious)? are they obligated to patch it if other platforms got it? i'm personally starting to think we're not getting one, also... 2k12, 11 and if i recall correctly 10 were not THIS late.

About the best you can do is voice your displeasure and, if you feel strongly enough about it, refuse to buy any more of their games in the future.

I recently bought the game for XBOX360...the patch is...awesome...I really can't live without the 1.02 Patch also for the PC couse i want MOD's
Really hope they will release it in April...no reason to un-support PC community...

I hope I'm wrong but we're probably getting left out in the cold. If it isn't released by the time the playoffs start then it's probably not gonna happen. Are you guys hounding the shit out of the 2k guys on twitter and what not?

Tweeted Ronnie and LD2k again today. But I doubt I'll get any response.. Why couldn't they just tell us once and for all if it's coming or not. They always leave us PC guys hanging...

Well, you know you have bad fan service when your update is still not come out after Andrew released his update. I think let's just give up and wait for NBA2k14 (if it's ever come out)
