ENB HEllllllP!!! S/O to all ENB modders!

Does anyone know why this is happening????????? I Already re-installed NBA 2K13, deleted previous shadow mods and then I tried to install an ENB mod to my NBA 2k13, but this is still happening eventhough I've already re-installed the game. I even tried different ENBs but still doesn'y work. I play on highest settings and stuff. Can someone help me?

Press Shift+F12. Or make sure you removed all the enb files in your nba 2k13 folder like the enbseries.ini etc.
