Players' Morale (Offline Assoc.)

Postby |Migs on Mon Apr 15, 2013 8:44 am

I'm having hard time to fix my players' morale, I just started my first year any played 4 games but Amare', Kenyon, Copeland are already frustated in my team. How can I make their morale goes up? Anyone can help me? Thanks.

Are you winning? Are they all getting sufficient court time?

My standing now is 3-2, and I made amare, copeland, kenyon as starting five. Copeland in SF, amare in PF, kenyon in C. I will observe if there morale will raise.. Should I let the coach decide the rotation, or I can manually do the substitution during the game?

Do the rotation, increase their time, if you're playing then use them to score more. If none of them help, guess you have to trade them then. Suggest Parson for SF/PF (dirt-cheap, young, good, slow but good in both atk&def), Oden for C (free, not expensive, so-so, good def, young, role player, injury-prone), T-Mac for SF/SG (free, cheap, so-so, slow but good arsenal, old, 1-time-deal), G-Green for SF/SG (cheap, so-so, great in atk, bad in def, can reb some, not old yet). You can do sub manually but the time share of player will not be as good as you assign in rotation and player get angrier. Also is there any complaint about role from cop and K-mart?

Thanks for the suggestion. Yes, K-Mart is already frustated in my team. Maybe I will trade copeland for Parson, if the Rockets will agree, willing to trade draft picks to get Parson...

Or you can always edit the player whom you want to improve their morale. Go into the player edit menu, and change their role to benchwarmer. Save and exit of that screen. Then go to your rotations menu and change their roles according your specified line-up. Good luck!

It can boost the morale for a while. But then it will sink again and with my case, there's a limit in times you can change the role of player.
BTW, for better effect, change them to bench, get them to starter then edit them back to the role you want.

Yep, that's where I was getting to without getting into complete details. (Y)
