HELP: low fps/laggy game

please help me... my fps is 40 but still game is laggy and bad.... all settings are low please help meeee

my pc:intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3470 CPU @ 3.20GHz 3.60 GHz
RAM: 4.GB
WIN 7 64 BIT

no antialiasing is off and its my only game till now

I'm concerned about your 5400 radeon, but your other specs should allow you to max the game out. Especially since the game is processor intensive. It's a desktop not a laptop, right?

yes its not a laptop... its weired i am on the lowest settings and stiil laggy

I just found out that your processor has an integrated graphics chip. I bet the game is trying to use it to render the game.

I believe you can disable this in your bios.

You might want to ask a friend who's a bit more knowledgeable with computers to help out with that.

You will have to reboot your computer, then look for a prompt that sais "Press (Key) to enter Setup/Bios." That (Key) on your keyboard could be DEL, F5, etc.
Pay attention to what he sais in the video, your computer's layout may be different, and don't mess around with a bunch of other settings.

My bios look different and i can find that

I said it would look different. You might have to search around to find it. Do you know the make and model of your motherboard? You can find that information on the POST screen when you first start up your computer. You can press the pause button on your keyboard to pause that screen and write it down if you needed to.

That's the point of a community. Not everyone is computer savvy, and you have to have patience when helping them.

It probably is just his videocard after looking at some benchmarks. I wouldn't be surprised if he was using his graphics card and would get better performance out of his i5's HD 2500.

He probably wouldn't, the Intel HD series only reached sensible quality with the 4000 series.

Just sticking a more modern card, mid-range should probably fix it up. Might be able to get away with a 7750 or 6670 if the only point is to run 2K. Though I can't say for sure obviously.
