How can I change team name?

Hi everybody.
I have a question - how can I change team name? I want to change from Kings to Sonics, but i don't know how...thanks for help.

I don't want to wait whole month for type 20 letters to the roster, and i will have to pay for it...Have you any tutorials on Hex Editor how to change team names? I've looked on JaoSmings tutorials but i didnt see anything.

Thanks man. I've watched it 3 times, and hex looks good but i have a problem. I can rename team - for example Kings to Sonics but I can write max 5 letters like Kings. So when i will write SonicS it will screw up everything. Is it possible to write whole name without destroying roster.iff? Thanks.
