Yes I didn't touch any of the shot animations or anything, I know that I need to make some guys left handed (ie Deshaun Thomas) and some guys right handed (Ben Mclemore) as I didn't touch that either. Have you tried editing the roster in game? If so does it crash the game?

Tweaking the accessories and shoes is coming along very well. I've got through Notre Dame done with proper colors in the Jerseys tab, players wearing the correct gear and shoes for Home/Away both.
If one of the great modders here could create the Nike 2-tone sleeve, the Nike colored socks (to replace ankle wraps), and turn the shoulder pads to look more like t-shirts, it will start to look even more authentic.
Yeah I probably need to mess with the stamina ratings. What I did was (minutes per game) / 40 * 100, so the stamina rating is basically a percentage of minutes per game that player plays. They are definitely too low though. Also, are t-shirts not already in the game?
Thanks for the feedback on the game, I'm going to do a little more research on how the ratings and tendencies actually affect gameplay so I can make players play more like themselves. My general idea for tendencies is to use 2k's standard play styles (defensive center, 3pt shooting guard etc.) as a base and tweak from there, but I'm going to do some more research.
