I meant to open it up in the mod tool and replace the texture but I can do that just send me the file

That's what I did, opened it up and replaced with Cavs parquet. You can try to make it lighter but I'm afraid its as light as its going to get. I'll send it to you though

Now that I look at the screenshots on my monitor instead of my dimmed iPod screen, It looks awesome, I opened it up and.....Still Awesome! Thanks

Also, I'm having trouble with importing logos from gimp for the courts. Do you need to do anything with the alpha layer?

Make sure you save as DXT5 Compression, and generate mipmaps, If you're using the 3DM mod tool

I am, the problem is the original logo shows up in the background, i'll post a picture

Then the original logo shows up in the game. I've just done the same thing I did with jerseys (transfer alpha layer, disable alpha layer, edit image, apply alpha layer) then save as dxt5 and generate mipmaps, but everything I erased shows back up?

Try exporting as png and importing dds

Anybody know how to fix the fuzziness on the unifrorms, I know why it is doing this but I cant figure out how to fix it

New Michigan State Court V1, needs a few tweaks still. Need to make the greens slightly darker and the area inside the 3pt arc the same as the rest of the court. Also, does anyone know how to add the B1G logo in the lane? Or can this not be done?
