Here it is after testing the Fox one. No go. Is this the "online" thing being mentioned? I've got a lot of experience modding other games, but not this one. If it won't work because I'm logging in to my profile, that makes sense.

Thank you both! Just need to wait for the 16:9 version now.

This time an installer is a bit heavier, you have to wait for a few seconds longer if your PC is a bit "old". There are 25MB of archived data inside

Hey hey, You probably missed something.
Today I released v5 for "square" monitors 4:3 and 16:10. And there was an issue with popup stats in the beggining. I quickly made adjustment to file, therefore you see some acknowledged about fixes few posts above.

As you write "out of place/content" - this was made intentionally few days ago (ifI understood you right :). The key was to check where the main scoreboard's texture is placed and other content did not mean anything.

here's the screen shot of my problem....

If you ddidn't have problems earlier with centering the scoreboard, then you have to wait for "ESPN v5 wide 16:9 monitors". This one from today will not fit you (it will work Ok, but will be right orientated for you. Nothing wrong will happen if you test it).

First of All i would like to thank you sir for making the V. 5 of ESPN compatible with our traditional monitor which is 4:3 monitors...I followed your instructions and tricks on how to make it run ...at the starting minutes of the first quarter it was running smoothly..but after several minutes of playing the remaining time was gone.... in this Scoreboard ...my only one concern is the remaining time during my game is missing in the right side of the panel (the boxes intended for the remaining time in your v5 is missing..i only seeing the color red shot clock not the remaining time.

Here's the SS

Ya, I really do not know why Quarter and TimeLeft dissapear. I remaked verything for this part but looks like still no success with it.
As one dude here advised ... try different NBA2K13.exe file while I'll search how to fix that. From the other hand I can't fix it... :) I do not have such problem.

hm hmhmhmh...

The reason the time is disappearing is definitely due to Michaellutz exe file. Larvae released a tight jersey exe file and I tried it with the v5 scoreboard and the time was fine. I switched back to michaellutz file and the time disappeared again. hope this helps

Very nice. If that's true, that means I can't help you with disspapearing clocks. :)

AS THESE VERSIONS No. 5 of ESPN are final and format will not be changed, you may request additional logos (for your custom teams, etc).
The main rules:

I need to know
1- text on the logo
2 - html (hex) color of the logo
3 - logo file number

EXAMPLE:
MIA - MIAMI HEAT, color 98012E, logo010

... or create them by yourself from the sample
Download http://www.sendspace.com/file/kss8nx
You have to have Klavika Bold font to be installed on our pc, otherwise ESPN font will be substituted by your system to something other. Size 512x512, DDS compression DXT5 with generated mipmaps (!).

Maybee you can make a PSD file, so everyone can make their own logos and you can work in the other scoreboards (FOX, NBA TV and TNT).

Tears are falling when I start to think I need to move all this stuff to the left ")
Will start right now.
I think I could use a lot of coordinates from previous version as It will be place at the same spot where v4 was.
And expect all logos must fit for wide version too.

Will see...

I have a 1080x800 monitor and the v5 works fine. But i play 1080x720 because it lessens lag but as a result the v5 turns out to be right oriented. Anything you recommend to make the scoreboard left oriented?

for the beggining when in the game and somebody already scored points, go to gamestats, boxscore, wait for a second while video underplayer's name will beging to play and go back to the game. This solves for me right orientation which happens to me if I swtich during the game to desktop and returned back.

If this does not help - either wait for wide screen v5,
or change your desktop resolution. If your monitor is 1080x800, then don't expect correct view on other sizes. To check wether the view is dispplayed Ok, go to Replay mode and zoom the ball - measure it with a ruller - horizontal width and verticall height must be exactly the same.

Lagging could be easily solved by lowering video settings (the main thing is to lower player details (i think) plus others, lower them down to minimum and increase step by step). Also you can google for Game Booster 3.

There are 3 main monitor types with the following aspect ratios
4:3 - Old computer monitor standard
16:10 - Common in office displays
16:9 - Most common aspect ratio for computer displays HD video standard

v5 for "square" monitors perfetcly fits for 16:10 and is left orientated for 4:3 (earlier it was outside of the screen for 4:3)
For 16:9 wide monitors will be a separate release (maybe today)

Your monitors aspect ratio is 5:4
If you have v5 for 16:10 and it is still on the left side, then you don't have to wait for "wide" 16:9 version release, it will not fit for you.
I can't make special version for 5:4 monitors
The only option (if we do not consider a new monitor) is to change ingame video resolution which might place the scoreboard to the centre but will skew the game view. You have to try what fits best for you.

Here is version ESPN v5 for wide screen (16:9) monitors
I found a minor issue with logo files, so can't release the full package right now as it require some time to update them all.
Tomorrow will fix all the logos for both version and will release the final packages.
