This might help! My scoreboard was crooked then I switched my screen resolution in the 2k video option menu then switched it back to 1920 x 1080 and the scoreboard straightened up and stayed straight even when I restarted the game. Then I switched my exe file from the michaellutz mvp back to default and the clock stopped disappearing. Im not sure if switching the screen res is what worked but im certain switching to the default exe worked because I tested it. Hope this helps.
Now if exrxixxx can get the scoreboard to work with the mvp exe I would be ecstatic!
btw when I say the scoreboard straightened up I don't mean it became centered ( I didn't have that problem) I meant the colors and numbers and logos lined up in the boxes properly

the people who is having this problem with they scoreboard being out of content is due to the fact to that the screen resolution is to small for either your laptop or desktop to handle the size of the scoreboard...i really think there is not much exrxixxxx can do about that although he trying to do is best to find figure this problem out for the people who is complaining about the scoreboard being either to big or to far to the left or right...best way to solve this is to try to switch your screen resolution...it the only thing i can really think of

"colors and numbers and logos lined up in the boxes properly" - they are always in pkace.
Yesterday was a test file to find out where texture is placed. Colours and teams and logos where detached from the textures for purpose.

Scoreboard does not has any relation with nba2k13.exe file. They do not read each other.

that is actually true.
Theire is some kind of relaclucation of the game for every user differently how many data should be transfered to the scrreen depending on it capabilities.
It can't be good for everybody, but the main thing is resolution and aspect ration users use

NEW logos (ingame, not in main menu)
New fonts for clocks
Remade all 3D structures for the texture
etc

Sweet!

Now we need to figure out how to move the ingame stat displays (League leaders, etc). so they are not obscured by the scoreboard + give them an ESPN makeover

And it will be the final version as I also do not see what could be made significantly better.
All major things are done.
Sure slidout stats could be done better, but without being 2k employee this is impossible.

The last major discovery was that "frames" that were holding the main texture of the scoreboard was not set correctly by me. It had to be a square 256 by 256 points, but because of hex "lagueage" I set it incorrectly earlier and all textures had wrong aspect ratio. Now I have correct 1:1 (while earlier about 1:0.8)

This is what I was referring to. When I switched to the default exe it was fixed. when I tried the mvp exe again it returned.
Maybe anyone else having this problem can try the default exe to see if it works for them too. Just trying to be helpful.
About the scoreboard not lining up, as I said I wasn't sure if changing the resolution really worked. I guess I was using the test scoreboard.

IT could be possible through other file, not scoreboard file.
Will try to implement it as an option for user

Yes, this is impossible, because you can't add anything to the game. All scoreboards are not created, but edited from the material that is in default 2K scoreboard.
There is no such option as displayed timeouts.

I use modded exe too, because I don't want my game to be connected online. But I do not have a problem with showing the clocks.
From the other hand michaellutz files are modded in very aggresive way - in order to achieve something small at some particular place, he just lazy uses a replace option for all parts in the file. THis could be said about his net mod where he needed to replace just 1 part from 803F to 003F, but he replaced absolutely all of these important bytes through all gamedata file (could be over 100 parts), what actually means that he achieved effect on the net, but who knows what he has damaged...

Probably he done the same way with his exe file.
(I am sorry if I understood wrong what he has done, but he has an option to explain that and I will apologize if I am wrong :) )

***
So... I am trying to solve this clock problem in version 5. I remade all 3d structures and disabled this very aggressive white background and made it from other material (from other part of subfile). I just can hope it will work for everybody as I can not test it (i don't have such problem)
