This is my first global mod ever so take it easy on me guys

eye lashes are 649.DDS but looking at TNECK's EYE update on on 2k12 ...his folder had consisted of: 29/67/113/116/148/479/484/496/593/664/717/845/925

I'm using the 2k mod tool and I can't seem to find 649.dds. The codes for textures are different. Also it isn't in the main folder. Where, and how do I locate this file?

You have to open the global.iff file with 2k mod tool.

38 is eyes_gray
74 is eyes_blue
130 is eyes_hazel
169 is eyes_green
649 eyes_lashes
686 is eyes_brown
776 is eyes_amber
980 is eye_white

So. 980 is the retina, 649 are the lashes and the others are the iris with different colours.

What texture is the little white circle (eye reflection)?

Would be great if we try "delete" this one and put the reflections in eye color textures (like NBA 2k11)....because 2k11 have greeeat eyes textures.

yeah I was trying to find that white reflection as well, its very difficult to get a perfect eye texture with that reflection messing things up. Also post a picture of the default eyelash texture so I can start working on them because I can't run the basic 2k mod tool on my pc so the file codes are different.

In your preview, the eyes have TWO white reflection....in default 2k have just ONE WHITE POINT reflection....what file is this?

I edited the brown eye texture and added a white spot to the corner

That is so realistic. 2k really needs some better art designers.

Good effort. Keep working. Make the eyeballs whiter. An teeth less whiter, other than that tongue looks awesome.

Howard is lifelike in the last picture

Yeah, only issue I have is that in the 3rd picture his eyes are cat-like, too brown around the iris.
