Why not to make it smaller? FOX scoreboard looks very big...and it affects the quality.

Scoreboards have exact size as in real life (ESPN, NBA, FOX).
This is your and 2K coding problem that it is hard to see it in right size. There are tens of similar explanations here why it happens in the game and some possible workarounds, read them.
Not the scoreboard is affecting what you see on monitor, but some other files by 2k or graphic card/engine affects what you see.

Regarding logos - it is impossible to have team colours without affecting team logos this year.

I will just copy/paste necessary parts from one scoreboard to another and all 3 will be released together

1) Texture quality for FOX scoreboard is limited to 768x768 plus it is a picture from TV. If somebody will draw a better I will be glad to substitute it.
Logos are limited to 512x512.
Plus I am not strong in creation of graphic files.

Everything is given on this thread.
Everybody can redesign the texture and share his work. It does not require HEX editing, just some grpahical experience.
Just do the better texture by yourself, I will import it to the game if you don't know how to it.

Scoreboard's size is not realted to scoreboard file.
Everybody can try to find a fix, but please do not look to newscorebug.iff, you will not find solution there.

hey bro..i wanna ask you a question..is it possible to create a nba live logo on the top side of the screen during gameplay for nba 2k13?...im curious to know.

P.s. But this does not mean the scoreboard can't be created on the top side of the screen, because I can rotate the texture and hide damaged part of the file to the top.

totally understandable man!...i was able to understand what was being shown in the picture..importing larger files can damage the texture causing it to look all messy and out of place..i never knew that until seeing what you have draw..that some great information..i was confuse at first with the whole drawing picture..but when i took a good look at it..i understood it alot more..thanks for the info exrxixx

I would like to request that the slideout stats have a background similar to the violation panel in the FOX scoreboard. It makes it easier to read compared to that in the ESPN scoreboard. The violation panel would probably look better with the ESPN scoreboard if given a background like this as well. Just a thought.

It's really perfect here. Not black, but a nice dark gray that the text pops from. If the slideouts had the same background, that would be great.

Team ID's can be removed within 20 sec and you can write team names on the logos (but only for "coloured version of ESPN).

Open newscorebug.iff with any hex editor.

Change (do not delete) all values to 0 (zero) within this range:

Offset (address)
from 51b6c to 51b7d
from 6d36c to 6d37d

Save the file.

I do not know about team ID's font.
Some dude advised here that ESPN uses "klavika" font and I would say this was a good advise.
I wrote NBA ON ESPN with this font.
I did not test if this font is suitable for Team ID's aswell.
