It's just easier to remain on a single team when you are a superstar player who can either play at very high level or bring in the crowd, or both. It has little to do with loyalty and personality, a lot less than circumstances offered to the player. Players like Nash I think can be extremely loyal but they weren't really offered same level of chances as Wade or Kobe. And most players aren't franchise player which makes extremely difficult for them to remain on a single team for entire career.
