I got the files for URB 2.1 I don't know if he is included...But in Mattan's list with the CF IDs I can't find him.

On the DVD Greg Stiemsma's CFID is 2396, I am not sure is URB has changed it or not, I haven't checked that yet.

I wanted to start a CAL with him, so I googled for his cyberface. I found one, but didn't realize it was from 2k12 until after I installed it, and now I can't play with him in-game. So even a poorly done one would be awesome. OR alternatively someone could just upload the default 2k13 one, i can't figure out how to get it without reinstalling the entire game.

You should be able to get it from off of the game disc. Just open it up in windows explorer and browse the zip files
