For all these jerseys to show up correctly, do all the jersey slots need to be unlocked? Just curious whether or not I need to download the "Unlock All Mod" in order to use some of the special jerseys (White Hot, Christmas, etc.) or if they will show up once downloaded for each team.

If you have the latest online data I think that you don't have to DL the "Unlock all Mod".
