I would suggest that Kobe's left eye seems somewhat smaller than his right, as is his left nostril to his right. Still pretty good though.

You most likely have a corrupt file in your roster because I was able to create him right now.What is the 7 letter name that you are giving the files?JEFTAYL?

no cuz i already have jetaylo for someone else im using jtaylor..... i cant edit or modify him when he is on the bobcats but when i sign him to another team i can use him in game.... everyone else i have no problems with on the bobcats....

I tried again and I had no problem.I am pretty sure it is a corrupt file in your roster.Are you using the NBA live 08 editor to create the player or are you using the create a player option in the actual game?
