Buzzer beaters, blocks and Blake Griffin dunks happen a lot too, not necessarily with a whole lot of variation, but they still make the top tens and are fun to watch.

I do get where you're coming from though, they probably do get a bit too much love in the highlight reels. That said, I still like seeing them.

That shot tied the game. Of course it is going to be high on the list.

Then you'll love this one from back in the day:

We should probably start up this year's dunks thread.

Second half court buzzer beater of the season. It's special because it's Norris Cole.

Loving his teammate coming in to block it at the end there.

I think that has to be a strong candidate for worst basketball play of all-time. It's one thing to accidentally shoot at your own basket, but to keep shooting at the wrong basket (and missing badly, besides) to the point where your teammates have to step in and try to put a stop to it...that just takes it to a whole new level.

No doubt about that. This could be/ should be the worst basketball play ever. I wonder if his coach decided to sub him in any time after the event...

Haters. Those aren't missed layups because he can't make it. It was intentional. Those were 4 defensive rebounds right there.
Fri Nov 16, 2012 3:08 am
Some sort of Moses Malone style... now I understand...
Fri Nov 16, 2012 6:11 am
I wonder if they were still called for a 8 seconds violation after all that awesome-ness.
Fri Nov 16, 2012 5:24 pm
No flagrant foul? Ridiculous...
Fri Nov 16, 2012 8:10 pm
I wouldn't say a Flagrant 2, but definitely a Flagrant 1, just a little too reckless there.

wtf Stackhouse still in the league. He's older than Sauru.

A little more enjoyable than last year's highlight involving a Bulls player being jumped over (although that was still very impressive to see).

actually at first I didn't really like the signing, he's old but surprised me that he could contribute off the bench(and in the locker room). then there was a time where he was actually better than JJ in PER category, "wazzup young blood"

Well, not a dunk, but if we're talking about excitement, this is up there...
