Thanks for the editor.

Is there a way to move draft picks?

Assuming you have not edited his Portrait ID, It will be the only player with 3030 for Portrait ID.
He will have a PIType #6, If he is already drafted he will have a TeamID 1 and 2 and assigned to all the same number.
Most importantly he will start at ID 1035, if that's not him keep going down, he will not be before 1035.

Say, if you change the player type of a regular NBA player and make him a CAP player using this roster editor, is it possible to change his name in game? Just a thought.. Can someone try it please.

wilson27 No need to try, Yes it is possible. You can change him to 5 or 6 and edit name or whatever you want to edit.

Not any way I am aware of but PINum sure won't do anything about removing players. PINum is simply the number of players on the team, all of the classic teams have only 12 players per team. Having said that you still should be able to change the PINUm. Are you using 12.0.2? I guess you could set the PINUm to 0 but the teams would still show in the team select screen. And it might crash the game too:)

Mr.Leftos can you clarify what teams colors 1-6 affect in the game? as far as i remember teams only have 4 colors like thunders`TC1 blue,TC2 orange, black, white... what other 2 team colors are for in your editor? I am just trying to fix thunder away and home accessories colors and socks...

Name-editing in-game has been reported to be glitchy, don't know if it's just the 360 rosters.

There's no point in changing just PlNum. To avoid crashes, the tool automatically reorders the players in each roster (so that there's no -1's in the middle of the roster) and recalculates the PlNum, fixing two common roster issues last year that caused crashes. If you want the classic teams to have no players, you'll have to change all their roster spots to -1, but I don't see why you'd want to do that. Plus, I don't think that going below 5 players in any team is something the game will like.

Team Colors 1 to 6 serve the same purpose they served in 2K12. Can't clarify it more than that. REDitor's 2K12 Tutorial mentions what 3 of them do, don't know about the other 3. You'll have to try them out for yourself, and maybe come back and tell us too. There are 6 colors for each team in the roster to be decoded, but I can't be of any more help than that.

Hey man nice tool. I'm new to this kind of stuff. I just want to edit all the potential rating of my roster. Is it possible in the find and replace to have a formula?

Ex: Find Rpot <= 95 Replace Rpot (number)-5

Something like that..

No, the Find & Replace feature doesn't work with relative changes yet, just absolute, but it's in my ToDo list. What you can do though is Filter by RPot <= 95, copy ID and RPot column to Excel, create a new RPot column, do =RC[-1]-5, erase the old RPot column, and copy-paste back into the tool. Should take a minute for now, but I'll make sure you'll be able to do such edits in the tool soon enough.

Hey Leftos, is there a way to copy...lets say signature shots..... of players in one roster to another base on CFID instead of Player ID?

Also, I made a name.txt file base on CFID list in the tutorial section and added some missing ones as I went through the main nba teams (based off babyface's roster).

dbzx, nope, there's no copy-pasting by matching CFID. Sorry. I may add that later on, but it's not a priority. You'll have to sort both rosters by CFID, copy them both to Excel, do the matching and copy-pasting there, and when done copy back to the tool.

I need it bad! :O Thanks in advance for anyone who will gladly answer. This is my first encounter of a roster editor! :)

Dear Leftos, first of all, thanks for all your amazing tools. I have a question regarding this, and sorry if it has been answered before somehow, i just didn't see it even though i read thru all pages : I have started a MyPlayer on out-the-box roster, and seeing how advanced Slimm's roster works are i regret it now. Is there any way i can somehow change the roster i have in my current My Career with Slimm's one using this tool? Or is it just asking too much? Thanks :D

First off I am speaking of just my thoughts here, I have not tried this and if you do make sure to back up your MC.CMG first :) I have read Slimm's roster uses the original roster as base so you should be able to copy the whole roster from his roster and paste it into Office or even notepad should work. If you use notepad, DO NOT use wordwrap. Then from your .CMG find your player, should be at 1035 or below. Insert him into the Slimm roster at the same ID, copy all and paste all into your CMG.

The only reason this might work is that there are currently no stats to worry about in Roster Editor however it also might screw something up anyway for the same reason, hence the backup :)

Kamilli LakeShow Bryant I hope it works for you. Note something I forgot, you will probably have to go to teams tab and increase PINum by 1 to the team you are on.
