How do you make a texture for my player tattoo?

I wanna use a cyberface for my player and add my own tattoo's on hims arms is it possible?

yep, try searching around the forums a bit and you will find tools and tutorials on how to assign a CF file to your MyPlayer and then again on how to customize that file
