Any info on portrait files? I'm pretty sure our 1000+ portraits will be working in 2K13 (in fact the method I'm using to inject portraits date back to MLB 2K10) but I guess there's no way to know 100% until a trainer comes out.

I'm a little bit lazy today so I'd love someone to inform me on 2K13 to 2K12 conversions - Will jerseys work with the same method we used for 2K11 to 2K12? (Export and paste to 2K12 files)

I tried to import Sevin's Sliders to 2K13, and it didn't work. Says the file was corrupted. So, I guess sliders can't be imported over either.

Hey, JaoSming. Are the gamedataextra.iff and team_XXX.iff files transferable? I don't have 2K13 yet so I can't check for myself. I know the Sixers and Nets retired their mascots (Hiphop and Sly), so if 2K13 did as well, their team_XXX.iff files probably won't work properly and I'll have to redo them.

Whenever I get the game, I'd like to port some of my 2K12 mods over to 2K13 (like the Enhanced Crowd) and tweak them to take advantage of the game's new lighting.

probably not directly, but you could always export/import textures from 2k12 into 2k13. cant wait to see them (Y) (Y)

Tried to replace the logos on the boot with 2pHer's logos. Didn't work. I just saw a black screen...

Well, the tool doesn't seem to work with the default 2k13 stadium files. It says it appears to be a compressed file, or something of that nature.

well, yes, you'd need to decompress it first, but the tool wont work. what i thought you meant is if the 2k12 stadiums already modded would have an effect in 2k13. (since 2k12 stadiums work in 2k13)

Yes, that's what I was originally getting at. lol. But then I just tried to do it to a 2k13 file. Guess I'll be trying the 2k12 stadiums real quick.

I'm not so sure if all the courts from 2K12 are compatible with 2K13. I d/ld Leon40's courts and after I start the game, I have white crowds and in some cases black courts. It's like this for almost every team. I think the Knicks court is the culprit. I was able to go to programs and features, uninstall and change programs and clicked repair on the 2K13 file, and it fixed it. I would like to have some of those great courts that he created for 2K12, but something is causing this. Anyone else have this problem? Where ever Leon is, please look into this.

the courts are fine its the stadiums that dont transfer, in some cases it causes white screens, in some cases it throws the shot clock off when counting down in the smaller seconds digits. verminator did a complete floor reflection pack that is well done, hes working ov a v2 of that, and myth has dont a few stadiums that do work and stadiums, but it doesn't have verminator's shine, however tat's has done a massive over haul on the in floor reflections and player shine altogether which is awesome, so whatever floor is done as long as you have that global it should work.

Thx for the reply. Yeah, I found out the hard way that the stadium files don't transfer. What a bummer because Leon had made some of the most realistic stadium mods you'd ever want to see. His courts were great.

what stadiums? I'm modding 2k12 stadiums with new rims...I'm using the original 2k12 stadiums and I didn't found any problems...

guys someone have tried to see if 2k12 team****.iff files ( the crowd) are 100% compatible??...because the 2k13 files are not compatible nor with mod tool and nor with other tool

Has the "Sample" bug been worked out? Does "Sample" show up on the scoreboard often, or just occasionally?

So if i use one of the TNT scoreboards that sit in the same spot as the original, it'll still say SAMPLE and be overtop of the scoreboard? That stinks.

either way, 2K updated the scorebug, so if you want a custom one and be online you gotta use Keep My Mod
