No player indicators/icons patch

Hi, I would love to see a patch with invisible all player indicators (except for his name of course). There is one patch like that ( http://www.moddingway.com/file/28156.html ) but it's not complete - it doesn't remove that annoying big blue arrow on the court showing where your controlled player is...
