Close, but try more like this...Your nose and skintone are spot on...

But his eyes, forehead and eyebrow are way off...and tweak headshape it's a key element to his face.

I noticed that darius miller also kinda looks like iguodala. Maybe u cud base it off iguodala headshape for v2 then it will be perfect (Y)
