Hey did anyone figure out how to assign arena sounds/camera angles to specific arenas? It would be cool to have the organ playing at msg for some of those old Knicks games in the Ultimate Base Roster

I do not want to actually change the (ASA ID) value of a player.

I just want to adjust and correct the Awards and Stats of a classic player (legend) in Association mode to bring it up to date and make it more realistic because after completing the first game in association mode the YEAR column becomes glitched and the years do not correspond correctly to the regular season stats (StatY[X}.

I have tried this with and without the official patch and the same result.

I want to get the years 01-02 and 02-03 into the YEAR column to become displayed.

I need to actually edit the text in regards to the PLAYER CARD.

99-00? (Not Correct Year but correct stats which I have added) Should be 02-03
98-99? (Not Correct Year but correct stats which I have added) Should be 01-02
97-98 (Correct Year and stats)
96-97 (Correct)
95-96 (Correct)
94-95 (Correct)
92-93 (Correct)
91-92 (Correct)
90-91 (Correct)
89-90 (Correct)
88-89 (Correct)
87-88 (Correct)
86-87 (Correct)

Would shifting the correct years to the right towards bigger StatY's get the 99-00 and 98-99 to the correct year? Or would it just make 84-85 become 83-84? I'm not sure. Try that out.

So for example, since 97-98 and 01-02 have 3 years empty between them, try putting the 97-98 record which should be currently in the StatY3 I guess 3 columns to the right, in the StatY6 column, and do the same for all the other correct years. Leave 99-00 in Y1 and 98-99 in Y2, and maybe that could fix it. Don't know what else to tell you.

I have already tried that and unfortunately it didn't work. Oh well!

I guess the only option I would have is to actually change and edit the text of the AWARDS and STATS in regards to the PLAYER CARD but I have absolutely no idea how to do that.

I guess 2k12 did have a lot of bugs and glitches in regards to stats and things like that. Hopefully 2k13 has been fixed and improved but this time I will wait for the reviews before purchasing.

If that is the case if you look closely at all the players stats on every legend team such as Kareem, Magic, Bird and so forth you will notice that the career stats do not go beyond the year in which the team is from. For example, if you look at the 1990-91 Lakers you will see that Magic Johnson stats do no include the season in which he returned and played for the Lakers. Just thought I'd throw that out there incase you perhaps didn't quite catch that when looking at the stats page for the players.

I am totally well aware of what you have mentioned; however if you read my previous posts I will describe the problem in which I am experiencing. I have already added the additional stats using reditor I just want to assign the correct years. Actually in association mode after 1st game played the year 97-98 for MJ becomes or defaults to 99-00 and this happens to all classic players (legends). Bugs, glitches? If you can help that would be great thanks!

Can any of you gurus tell me what I am missing? If you sort the schedule by "IsDLeague" then select all except D League games the total is 1232 games but when I went to school 82games x 30teams divided by 2 = 1230. Could this be the cause of the stats bug? Not julsa01's problem but the one that has been plaguing us since 2K12 came out with 97 assist per game crap.

I checked a few rosters and they all have the same count and I assume most makers didn't change the schedules.

My main thing is I am working on a 2013 schedule and I have no clue what to do with those 2 extra games

You're forgetting the Rookie Challenge and All-Star Game.

Ok, now im really confused. Why in the hell i cant change values of rookie/sophmores and all stars players. Mean cant put accurate players into past seasons. Is it free version of Reeditor? Or roster file which i working on is blocked at some point?

Well, the free version of REDitor doesn't allow you to edit any tab besides the Players one, so there's your problem.

Ahh crap that explains it. I tested it last night and came up with one stall, I misnumbered two of the "orders" 0 0 instead of 1 and 2. I fixed that and all is good, now I need to go back and see when the Rookie and All-Star games are played or just use last years. Going to google now. Thank You Leftos

As of 3.7 and 3.7.1 I cannot change Player Role in the editor. Tried with MP and now regular players and it doesn't work. When selecting anything other than Starter or Star it works, but if you select Starter or Star it either resets to a lower role or deletes it. Tried with actual table and MyFriend Interface. When selecting 4 (Starter) or 5 (Star) does not work. I can't even save it says Invalid interger. Like I said I was mainly trying with MP, but even when I tried on random people in roster it would not allow me to.

If you choose 82 games, when starting your association/season, then ScheduleBase_82 will be used as your base schedule; if you choose 58 games, the schedule will be ScheduleBase_58, etc.
PreSeason is used in case, you activate Pre-Season games on starting an association/season mode.

Actually not sure if this coincides with the player role, but I noticed player minutes not changing in MY Player also. I change it in the editor, go into my player and they didn't change.

I believe I am running out of space in my season file because I have some players that don't have there season stats updating and when I tried to trade a player today it corrupted the file by duplicating the player and screwing up
Other player names. I tried to compress the players names and it still is not enough space. How can I free up space? Any suggestions? I don't use my player can I delete that somehow or can I delete players that I don't use?

Yes, it is a known problem. The thing is that REDitor only allows to edit roster part of files, while in Association, My Player and other modes the info about player roles and minutes is duplicated somewhere outside of the roster part. So, when you load a file, the game supposes that duplicated data to be of a bigger priority.

Probably there are several players on your file, which are listed on more than one team's roster. I'd suggest you to use one of Leftos'es programs, which is able to correct such things.
