PROGRESS UPDATE!!!


I was working on the ratings for this mod with some very helpful advise that Andrew gave me for the FIBA Live 11 mod.I had written down 6 pages of ratings specifically for it.For example,page 1 was for FG and page 2 was for offensive rebounds.And then there were some added pages that had the actual formulas to get the rating.That is when I realized that I did not mark those pages to the specific ratings page.So I had no idea what went where.

So now I had to create another system to get the ratings to where I wanted them.The thing is I did not want to go through the hassle of all the math again so I downloaded the Ratings machine 2.3 to give it a shot.After entering the stats and adjusting them more,I played a game with USA and Argentina.By the end of the third quarter the score score was USA 86 Argentina 68.That seemed pretty realistic to me.Compared to the 2 real Olympic games they played against each other.Then I adjusted the ratings for the worst team in the Olympics,Nigeria,and let's just say I was doomed from the start.By the end of the first quarter,team USA was up by 24.The score was USA 35 and Nigeria 11.

So getting to my point.I need to do this for about 11 more teams.I am hoping that this solution works for the teams that only played 2-3 games in the Olympic Qualifying Tournament.

Remember,dynasty or season mode will not work because there will only be 21 teams.If you try to make a dynasty or season the game will crash or it just will not let you.

Sorry for the delay guys and gals.I have been really busy with some personal stuff and work here at home.I had been working on the rosters whenever I had the chance.I am going to have some time off the next several days so I will get to it.

My first two methods of the rating system that I had created were major failures so I created another one.And I like it.There are going to be some rating that are really low,but it works for the game.Trust me.All you have to do is use the settings and aiact that I will include in order to make it work.I think I might even use this system for the FIBA Live 3.0.

So I got permission from Majia that patches in 56nba.net.He created the Spain,Argentina,China and USA jerseys from the Olympics.I only liked the China and USA jerseys so I will add them to this mini-mod.I had to edit the numbers and place them on the actual buni's.A big thank you to Majia.

Alright guys.I am so sorry for the delay.I was having a problem with the game crashing.So I had to start with a fresh/original roster from the Live 08 game and then import players.Andrew,I imported the NBA players from your roster that played in this years Olympics.I did not use your ratings as I have my own system for this.Of course credits will be given to you.

I have decided to add 9 more teams to this so you will have a chance to play in season/dynasty mode.


The 9 teams are all classic Olympic teams.

No problem at all, glad to hear you've been able to get past the roster issues.

Here are the 2004 Italy Olympic jerseys that I found from the NT mod from 2006.I had to export and convert all of the numbers but big credits to them.
