I can send it you bro. It still needs some work and right now I just don't have the time to work on it. The part that needs work is the Shot Tendencies, but an easy fix is to just change all the shot ratings (Inside, Close & Medium) to the same as the tempo rating. To come up with the 3pt Tendency you would take the tempo rating and multiply it by 3 and then take that number and multiply by .22572. If you still want it I can upload it for you.

The assist is in the game itself. Last year assists where given out too freely, but this year there's not as many. What I do that works for me is turn up the Pass Accuracy and that will give you a boost in your assists in coach mode.

I remember reading an article in one of the forums that said only about 5 or 6 of the stats actually had any impact on how stat games played out and that the inside shot rating for almost all players in the nba should be around 99 because that equated to about 60% shooting under the basket. Did you ever read that thread and what did you make of it?

I would disagree with that, there are lots of things that go into creating a player to perform just like his real counterpart. But I would like to read it if you have a link..

Great read I dont think hes carried away at all. He says in his post he has an account and a roster he made on here, does nayone know what his username is? He has the best grasp on playing ratings and tendencies of anyone ive seen, id like to play with his roster.

Can someone please reupload the version 2.3 2k12 compatible version the link is dead it says the file is no longer available. I have searched all over to see if version 2.3 was uploaded somewhere else but cant find it.

Doesn't look like we have 2.3 in the Downloads section. Only 2.0, if it's of any use in the short term: The 2K12 Rating Encyclopedia

If someone does have 2.3 lying around and can put it up somewhere, I can update the file in our database.
