I'm going to remove the bobcats when I release the compatible update

HAWK23, wow huge thanks man, you even did real 1997-1998 East and West All-Star Rosters and the real 1997-1998 East and West Rookies to the Rookies and Sophomore Teams and remove Bobcats, that' s amazing

Okay... the compatible version of the 97-98 Mod (Version 2.0) is almost complete...



*1998 Cyberfaces won't be touched (I'll re-name the 35 I use in the UBR that conflict with the 1998 Mod). I will however rename the 14 CFs that conflict with the regular NBA2K game so they don't overwrite anything.

*Logo files will be changed to correspond with the Ultimate Base Roster logos... the Ultimate Base Roster logos do not interfere with the current NBA team logos, which the 1998 Mod does

*Court file names have been changed to not interfere with UBR or Normal Team files

*Jersey file names have been changed to not interfere with UBR or Normal Team files

*Added the portrait patch (same file used in the UBR) to give many of the players in the 1998 Mod portraits

*Added the real 1997-1998 East and West All-Star Rosters

*Added the real 1997-1998 East and West Rookies to the Rookies and Sophomore Teams

*Completely removed the Bobcats from the roster

By doing this the UBR and 1998 Mod will be completely 100% compatible and no files will conflict with eachother. And since the UBR is completely compatible with NBA2K Official Updates and current teams the end result will ALSO be the 1998 Mod being completely compatible with NBA2K Official Updates and current teams as well.



All I need to do is make the jerseys compatible without conflicts... almost done!

just today saw, that Pistons player Jerome Williams hasn't have head and has white arms.

Your unbelievable work is killing my time after work! I love this Game, again! it made me crazyo(^▽^)o
Just one suggestion, the home court of the Hawks , Hornets still have lots of room for improvement.
I m very looking forwards to your next update. Pls add real portraits for Bo Outlaw, ....and a more mature Penny Hardaway this was his last year as a superstar in Magic L

Could you change the potrait of Penny Hardaway? The current one is taken while he was a rookie...

HAWK23, check Gary Trent of the Toronto Raptors, maybe i'm wrong, but his head and skin has different colors. And could you do shorter Bucks alternate jersey shorts? i already mention you about this before

HAWK23, Also i saw some incorrect things about logos, could you check? because Chicago Bulls (missing word "Chicago" on top of the Bulls logo), Los Angeles Clippers (using in game Clippers logo, but it's not correct for 97-98 season) and Vancouver Grizzlies (missing word "Vancouver" on the top of the Grizzlies logo) logos not right, could you add these correct three their logos?:

Would completely removing the Bobcats not make it unplayable in Season and Association modes?

V2.0 is almost done... only about 15 teams left to go through to make the jerseys compatible with the UBR and normal team Official2K updates...

I will fix Williams' CF# and those couple of player ages.

wtf, my rookie challange court is all black, do u guys also have this problem?

me an interesting thing happens .... I took off the draft class and the association of all is ok until you play the first game ... After that, instead of real players appear to some non-existent names ... draft class is totally correct
