Eboedit tool

Is there a EBOEDIT tool that actually works for Vista? I've been attempting to mod some of the courts and all the ebo tools I tried don't work in Vista.

What error message are you getting?

When I try to run the program an error message comes up that says, Run time error '339': Component 'MSCOMCTL.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.

That didn't work either, I even tried downloading the 'MSCOMCTL.OCX' file. I wonder if the ebo edit tool isn't compatible with Vista 64 bit.
