I've asked SJ to give me the original values of the new ones he says he found so that I can add them to the Global Editor.

Nope. tatlopuyo said he was randomly changing hex values, and by the time he saw the result in-game, he had forgotten what he had changed.

amazing new hex colors, not grainy looking at all on my tv, so disregard that statement, do you mind sharing your boozer arm textures, i'm horrible with editing anything like that

OK, so, I'm confused....what do you mean by new hex value/lighting value? Because in this it's still only 6 values...so you have like 7 0r 8 values? Or is this just another different combination for those 6 values only?

Bro, there's a problem with this values together with the progressive sweat v5, there's a white thing on player's shoulder popping out.. btw good try bro. And one thing as far as hex values like johndoe22 did, the digits must be like 10digits on each lighting parameters.

This is johndoe's values from his global released before:
Lighting 1: 43543257 1.96075E+14
Lighting 2: 4F524C44 817.2861
Lighting 3: 00000000 0
Lighting 4: 00101000 1.475108E-39
Lighting 5: 4F524C44 817.2861
Lighting 6: 5F524F57 2.279527E+14

This is the real HEX as far as i know.

There's more values. He's sent a whole bunch to me via PM, but we have to find out which of them actually do anything.

As far as I know, JohnDoe hasn't released an NBA 2K12 global. These values seem nothing like lighting values. The first one is close to 10^14. If you opened a 2K11 global in the 2K12 Global Editor, it doesn't work. Trust me. The values are at different offsets, and what you're seeing is whatever the editor read at 2K12's offsets but in a 2K11 global. It could be reading part of a texture for all we know, or some other data. Definitely not lighting values. If you try to apply these values to 2K12, I'm sure the result would be crazy.

I tried your latest values with the unedited post-patch global (only progressive sweat was imported) and the result is very nice:

The problem is, it makes my framerate drop considerably. I have a powerful pc but still.

You want values? Oh, you'll get values. You'll get LOADS of values.

NBA 2K12 Global Editor v0.5 has been released!

Combining the research of tatlopuyo and seanjohn1414 I have finally made a new version with 25, yes you read it right, 25 different lighting parameters for you to mess around with!

GET CRACKIN'!
