2K Online Data Updates Log (The BIG Screwup, Mar 2)

i have done all the step above...but i still dun have any commentators sound in the game...i only can get the sound during foul and clapping from the audience...during gaming is all about the music - - weird

i cant create an account .everytime i start the game i have to create a new account and i have done all steps

Is there some kind of new update? i cant seem to find online games anymore 2 days ago i could find one all the time

If you haven't installed the official patch yet, you'll need to do that:

I already downloaded the patch but everything i start my game it still shows the SPURS vs thunder matchup from 16 march and I cant seem to find a opponent online.

It could just be server downtime, that's certainly been an ongoing issue this year. In short, online support for NBA 2K12 leaves much to be desired.

1. Went to C:\Documents and Settings\[-yourname-]\Application Data\2K Sports\NBA 2K12
2. Deleted Online Date Folder
3. Launched NBA2k12.exe
4. Waited on Updating NBA Today for [1m:30s]
5. Launched Quick Game
6. Commentary Check, New Shoes Check, Made it through Game Check,
7. Checked Version.txt in folder says WIN32DX 511737
8. Checked Online data Properties 126 Files 46.6mb

This was all already addressed.....

I didn't boot the game up during the period where the online data screwup occurred, and still have commentary, the Raptors court, etc, but whenever I try to load anything from the home screen, the game crashes. Is there a fix for that?

Just don't load it from the Home screen. Don't know why that's happening either, but the fix that works is to just press B to open the Menu and load from there.

Yeah, that's what I've been doing. It's just a few extra steps I'd rather not do if there's a way to get it working properly, is all.

That started happening pre-patch, didn't it? Weird.
