i was asking if #2 & 3 played like #1, which i found to be a bit repetitive

Well no. But if you play AC2, there's a whole lot of difference. Free-run parkour animations are still the same but gameplay-wise it puts the first game to school.

Found a CD of Rayman 2 and Star Wars: Rebel Assault 2. Love the Star Wars game when I was a kid and I'm gonna go try install that game again. Rayman 2 on the other hand I didn't get the chance to play because I can't install that shit.

It has grown on me a bit as I switched to the Standard Controls and got about halfway through the World Tour. The Deadly Descents is actually where the game is at its best, as the chasm-ridden levels and sped up physics work for those events as that's what the game was built around. The problem is having to do race and trick events on similar courses that's extremely frustrating, and not helped by the extremely unforgiving Rewind feature combined with moderate loading times. The new control scheme is the only viable one this time around, and I don't like having ground and air controls both using the left analog stick or how fast your character does tricks.
I'd definitely wait, but it seems there's a lot to do here if you enjoy the game.

Just beat the Nier on PS3. Basic ending was satisfying and watched rest of other ending on youtube. Good enuf to put this game away for me. I am giving it 8/10. Despite lack of details in graphics, I had a lot of fun especially with bosses, storyline, and mostly characters. Fantastic game.
Just started MW3 but can't get into it. Perhaps I will switch to online play before finishing the campaign.

It's understandable that you won't get it since the closest armed forces you Canadians ever have are the Raptors wearing camo-jerseys.

Ditched MW3 and beat Heavy Rain. Awesome game. Now I am playing Metal Gear Solid 4 where Solid Snake is grandpa age.
Still got piles of PS3 titles to play but only have a few days of free time.

Playing Battlefield 3 again. I found the right server for me. I am a more of a Team Deathmatch type of guy.....24 players overall ,300 tickets...each round goes for ~20 minutes
its perfect....can get about 3 games in 1 hour playing segments...just right. hehe.

^ i played the demo and i liked the team based gameplay. i got bf3 coming in the mail right now, how is the deathmatch compared to the objective based games?
Sun Mar 25, 2012 7:29 pm
its more hectic, but it's a little slower paced than the COD games. if you can only pop in for a little bit, or want to rank up/learn/earn new weapons, TDM is worth the sometimes terrible spawning locations.
The heart of the game is still in Rush/Conquest though

Deathmatch is more straightforward and good if you want to sharpen your gunning skills because as Jao said it is very fast paced. Rush and Conquest can be tough on you if you are not good at driving tanks, flying jets, knowing several details or atleast have a good understanding of the map along with many more tiny things...Ive had the game for a while but there are still a lot of things I havent even tried properly like flying a jet or sniping...
You should give both a try. Deathmatch will definitely help your one on one skills (it also has teamplay like reviving) but Rush and Conquest is the whole experience with vehicles, stationary weapons...and more but I dont even know what they are..

I'm still rocking NBA 2K11, Mortal Kombat IX, Unreal Tournament III, and of course, all the GTAs.

Speaking of Mortal Kombat, finally found a way to get the DLC the other week.

I've been playing MG Peace Walker on the HD collection. The game is 20 times easier when you have 3 other people fighting boss battles with you!
