Hey guys im having problems all week with my NBA game after a update when I start NBA it loads nba today forever then it doesnt work , and when I try to play online it still have old rosters ( CP3 still in new orleans ) I have no commentary and lot of players have bugged shoes.And when I try to play My Player the game crashes.I tryed everything this topic starter said but I just dont have that file ur talking about so is there anything I can do about it? Cause i wanna start playing again.

After deleting the folders mentioned above, you can grab a copy of the latest official roster and online data folder in our Downloads section, under the NBA 2K12 official files.

I dont have any of those folders thats the problem

Just run a search in Explorer for "2K Sports" and you should find the folder. Another user said that if you type %AppData% into the Win7 search bar and hit enter it will take you to the AppData folder. If you are on Windows XP, it's C:\Documents and Settings\User\Application Data\...etc.

I have problem with commentators..I cannot hear them!All sound settings are OK but still I cannot hear any commetator...I can hear music etc. Every thing in game except the commentator...Is there any help?

It works thanks to that file but now i cant play online anymore since yesterday everytime i try to go online it says Evualating your internet .... and then it says There are some problems with your network trying to connect to 2k servers.

Did you install the patch? Anyone who doesn't have the patch installed won't be able to go online.

Again, the problem is due to a bad update. Follow the instructions posted above.

If you don't care about the patches, like Metta World Peace speech or new shoes, you always can delete that folder.

yes but when you deleted the online data folder before you lost commentary etc.......
also when you delete it the new online data should be downloaded when you re run nba2k12.exe
the data I dled from andrew has commentary working but it is before the patch i am wondering if the patch added
files to online data as well.

No, not as far as I'm aware. In any case, I've updated that pack with the latest roster and online data, retrieved with a patched game.
