It doesn't work for me,i copied these 2 files,renamed them and copied again but there's no picture at all,in if i select player the game freezes.

Did you back up your files? If yes, replace them, so everything is like in the beginning.
Try and download the file from gamefront. All you have to do there, is copy all files in the map and replace all (3files).
And it has a few updates in it

hey wim.vl just downloaded the file. guess i'll have to consult with the readme for more info on the steps to overwrite the portraits huh? plus the most critical part or the most important step is to backup first before overwriting huh? well i'll post my next message in case i had some issues. i'll try it right now.

tested it and the portrait that was supposed to be in hubert davis turned out to be the young david wesley's portrait instead also instead of shandon anderson's portrait, it turned out to be brian shaw. oh well, overall it was nice and worth downloading. let me know when are you going to post the next update with some fixes ok? thanks!

Really appreciate the portrait update you all made. It may be my imagination but it seems ALL of the portraits have a better resolution than the default 2K ones. Glad to hear you're still working on updates. Is the next update going to contain the media day photos for some of the rookies?

By the way, I have extensive experience in messing with portrait files in MLB 2K, and messed around with NBA today without any issues. So if your team needs any help let me know.

Thanks for letting us know, we'll keep it in mind, although there's not much work to be done for the moment / (maybe nothing), after just a few twitches.

Upcoming update: I'm just waiting for mediaday headshots of Joseph - Vucevic - Leonard and Smith.
Fixed: Gerald Wallace now has a portrait with red headband - yes, the orange one really annoyed me - and dexter pittman also has a real portrait.
Norris Cole + Jeff Adrien + Morris + ... now all have portraits.
Also centered some portraits from missing legends.

And we're going to work about the Jenkins/Jordan + Davis/Wesley + Shaw/Anderson problems.

Nope, no official portrait of him, and I don't think he's in the game? Just like Goudelock.. I saw him in a preseason game with the lakers (didn't see him since, but haven't watch many games), and he's not in the 2K official roster. Or am I wrong?
But I can add a portrait of him (lower quality, somewhat like Vucevic + Nolan Smith + Leonard, take a look at them). But first question remains: is he in the game?

That's because you're not using the official 2K roster.

I guess that's possible, although this won't be somewhere soon (after REDitor release): I think it takes a while to know what changes in Portrait ID's Albys has made.. If there are none, then this file should be compatible with Albys' roster.

only one guy on the Spurs , Cory Joseph is missing a pic from the 1.1.12 Official Roster

but everyone else has a pic at least under Rosters in 2k Menu

Also this occurred after installing your mod but all other teams work fine on this screen

That's not due to a portrait mod. That's due to a roster without the corresponding Cyberfaces. If the roster you're using needs cyberfaces which you haven't downloaded, that's what happens.

Update coming soon, all portraits included - even Cory Joseph, but he has a non-official one till now - but I don't know when.
I have rookie portraits + new FA signings (stiemsma, ... ). I know all rookie ID's, but the new FA's don't have official CF ID's yet.
So should I wait untill the next official roster update, or not?

What do you mean with 'at least under Rosters in 2K menu' ? The portraits aren't showing up in-game, during switches and rotations? Because they should..

I am using Official 2k Roster from 1.1.12.

If you go to rosters and skim down you will notice that all players

now have a real pic not a 2k generic rendering for rookies and all players

the only one that does not have one was Cory Joseph that I spotted at least.

So in short it works expect for joseph

The 2 players there are Kemba Walker and Kyrie Irving so maybe the rookies

for 1.1.12 rosters don't have correct cyberfaces or a cyberface at all.

By Official roster you mean the one that you get when you load NBA2k12

then go options>reset roster then check roster

then save it cause thats what I think of when you said official roster cuase

it is blank in 2kShare Mode under Official roster.

The only mod I have installed is your pics at this current time
