Hotspots Glitch Problem--fellow hex editors have you had thi

I tried editing a CAP from 2kshare and I noticed his isolation values in the hotspots section of a player fluctuates with different values. Sometimes they add to over a 100. BTW its not simply that CAP is corrupt... i've noticed it over and over.

With that said:
1) what the heck is going on?
2) how to fix it?
3) how to prevent it from happening in the future

The good thing... so far... is my roster works fine in association mode. I'm still concerned about how the values change each times I go into that screen of the player as his hotspot values change... even after I edit them.

Hope you experienced hex editors can clarify/help me and others how may come across such an issue.
