rookie roster w/ edited contracts

THANKS TO:
kc2135 for the start up roster
west44 for edited roster with CF's assigned
cor3n for the tutorial and initial cfs white arms

this is essentially the same roster with some minor improvements to the ratings (alot of them were vanilla ratings assigned to CAPS and were terribly off e.g. 99 awareness for some pass first pgs), as well as rokie contracts based on the current or 'old' CBA

Players on the wrong teams...You even have Lebron with 23 on the Lakers and Pau Gasol on the Magic..

And you could change the player draft data (Drafted no x by xxx) with chinese trainer.

thx for this! the ratings are edited some are a bit weird tho... according to this Klay thompson is the best rookie with a 75 rating... with kyrie having a 73 (which i think is ok...) but Kemba having a abysmal 66... he is even worse than some second-rounders... prbly gonna edit it myself... nonetheless thx very much for this!
