there's 3 different ways of moving your D ,
normal speed without LT(L2),
low with LT , and
quick with both trigger ( LT + RT // L2+R2)
you have to master those 3 paces of speed. normal D is when the ball handler is moving around , low speed when he tries to size you up and quick when he's going to drive , you can put your body in front of him by moving right stick + LR +RT toward him to prevent a drive in the paint. you have to read your opponent movement
