I am having trouble getting this mod to work. I was able to get it to work a wile ago then i reinstalled the game. I did what i did before, I extracted the iff files and the save file. Then i put the iff files in the nba 2k11 folder and put the ncaa save file in the saves folder. When i start up the game i dont see the teams. can someone help me. I downloaded the all in 1 patch and i am not on low settings if anyone is wondering.

what do you mean you dont see the teams, they arent in the play now screen? just nba teams?

you loaded the roster right?

also, you might need to turn off NBA Today updates since that has a habit of overwriting rosters too

Seems like no one is really into this mod anymore...even though it was so big on other sites and more

So patch 6 will be release in 6 Days

and Final Patch which will be patch 7 (Originally 10)

Will be released in September....

So all patchers who have more stuff you haven't sent me, go ahead and send it....so I can add it to patch 6...

Then I'd like everyone to go out big on patch 7 since it will be the last.

If possible more Arenas and Stadiums and more complete teams, I know that's asking a lot, but just too many issues with Association, etc. Since this mod has more teams than any other type of mod on NLSC or anywhere else for that matter.

Seems like Baseball110 and others want to focus on the 2012 mod, so we can at least finish this one big even though we got started late...

behindshadows, i like this mod much than the other with only 30 teams. sorry to be reduced to 7 patch,but i will play this mod even when nba 2k12 out because i think is the better mod. i hope you all patchers like minded. 30 teams is too little. sorry can not help with this excellent mod and i wish to change your mind and continue this project

Roberto I think its more a time thing, this project began late. A lot of the patchers went on summer vacations and so forth. I really want 10 patches because I want all the teams ratings to be complete. That way all the ratings and cf models can be converted to 2k12.

Finally deleted the 1+ gig folder that had my 375 reference pictures from my camera of CH 2K8's player ratings.....I copied that shit 2 years in a row now.....ever again.

At any rate, I wanted to make my opinion known that I think you need to get rid of the players who graduated or left the NCAA for the draft and create NCAA 2K12 for NBA 2K11 as so many Post-Draft NBA rosters have done. No one is trying to perfect a pre-draft NBA roster right now, and if they were, I'm sure no one would download it. On top of that, we know the 2K12 REDitor isn't going to be out until December-ish and even then it isn't TC mod friendly until maybe January or in the case of this year March and further.

But, that's just my recommendation, I've been out of the development of this mod for too long to make any full decisions, but I felt like it needed to be said.

So basically your suggesting the 2k11 mod should turn into 2k12 from patch 6 on and we should just remove the Seniors and replace them with the new Freshman?

So if I edit the rosters and put all the player limits to 15 and fill the roster slots with generics...will that fix the crashing, I've been wondering about that.....I might just create a whole new roster then....I'll keep you posted..

well as you stated, when we reach the 100 team threshhold there is no room for all star teams or "intramural" (D-League) teams, so the game isn't going to be happy....so actually, nvm about that, lol.

The database I have for the 2011-2012 is a different layout. I have everything done with all the new rosters and everything such as uniforms, logos, floors are all renumbered completely different because of all the crashes that happened with this last database.

The layout is completely different and alot better. I have all the new rosters all done for the top 30 spaces 6 conferences and 5 teams per conference and also I have the other teams for those conferences and also the other off teams. The only thing I'm missing are the ratings. All the cfs have been transferred over too. Everything is basically done except for the ratings of the players
I also have the spaces available to create the all stars and Dleague teams to be available so it won't crash, this will be one of the last things done. You have to stick with what 2k has for the database or it will not work. This is what caused all the crashes in the the different modes. You also have to stick to the gid's or it will crash, there are other things that are hidden, you have to adjust to make this all work. The uniforms have to be done right the way 2k has them or it will crash too. The database has a mind of it's own. This database will consists of all the teams for these conferences SEC, PAC12, Big 10, ACC, Big12, Big East. All the other teams like Butler, San Diego State, Xavier, Memphis and the others will be added in after all the main conferences are done. However the top 30 predicted teams will be included in the database


This will be the layout we will use for the new game NBA 2K12 too. It is safe and will not crash in any way in association or any other modes.

It has been tested and tested over and over, Bottom line, It works great

maybe for REDitor III we can convince Vlad to make something that exports a team and players from one roster to another. So we can have a 100 team roster along with a user created 30 team.

Just a thought my friends for the 2k12 project

It's a total conversion, let's just overwrite the NBA Teams, so we can change menu's association layouts and more.

No more trying to keep the NBA Teams, that's one reason it causes problems too.

Let's use those 32 slots for NCAA Teams, we can always just copy and paste the folder and rename it College Hoops 2k12...

I did it for my 2k11 mods, that's why I can make videos and not have to change stuff over and over again, when it comes to globals, scoreboards, etc.

It will make things easier in the long run, and it's what makes all other mods work better. Let's just do a overwrite version only!

eh, nothing I want to be a part of, especially if that is your thought for next year. that said, overwriting NBA art is NOT what is causing issues. The fact that game wants 30 NBA teams, 30 Summer League teams, 15 D-League Teams, East West All Stars and the unlockable/historic/blacktop/draft combine teams in a roster is what causes the issue. We can tell the game to use any filename we want for uniforms, stadiums, and ads. We have 1000 floor files to choose from along with team_#### files (crowd), and thousands of unused png numbers. Overwriting NBA art is just a lazy way out, especially when all you need to do is change a single field in the REDitor.

Anyway, what I'd do is make all the menu art "generic" instead of NBA themed, so I can play my NBA, NCAA, FIBA, Euroleague, Street, APB, etc etc mods all together. but you are more than welcome to do whatever you want, but copying an 11 gig folder just so you can edit 3 files specifically for menu visuals is silly to me.
