West:
(1) OKLAHOMA CITY THUNDER sweep (3) NEW ORLEANS HORNETS - [4-0]

Analysis: Thunder finally get any easy one sweeping the Hornets to advance to the NBA Finals for the first time in Thunder history. None of the games were particularly close as the Hornets could not find a way to get enough offensive production, especially with Trevor Ariza outs. In the first 2 games, Kevin Durant struggled, but a strong play from Nate Robinson off the bench helped greatly. In game 3, Kevin Durant woke up and dropped 50 points in New Orleans. By game 4 the Hornets were completely broken, as both Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook both went for near triple-doubles (KD: 28-11-6 & RW: 20-10-9).

East:
(2) BOSTON CELTICS defeat (1) MIAMI HEAT - [4-3]

Analysis: The battle of the old Big 3 against the new Big 3 was a see-saw series as the two teams exchanged wins every other game. In game 1 the Celtics Big 3 look old as both Allen and Pierce failed to score double digits and in game 2 Shaq suffered a Strained Achilles, but the Celtics were able to tie the series with a triple-double by Rajon Rondo (12-12-16). The two teams would continue to exchanges wins, while Rondo would pick up another triple-double along the way. In the final two games, with the Celtics down 3-2, they turned up their defense to win the series. In game 6 the Celtics held LeBron to only 19 points and in the deciding game 7, LeBron was held to an unthinkable 7 points as they would lose on their home court and the Celtics would advance to the NBA Finals with a chance at banner number 18.

The Playoffs have not been a disappointment for the fans, as exciting game after exciting game continue to play into the drama of the NBA Finals. But there are some teams that could be feeling disappointment, as some just could not make it and are eliminated in the playoffs. Object of the Game:
Predict the last digit of the scores of the two teams in the NBA Finals for the Final game (game that decides who is the Champion)


How to Play:
1. Agents are allowed to claim up to 5 spaces (additional spaces will cost 1 point) *spots are a first come first serve basis
**To claim a spot Post your desired GIRD spots in the format "(E,W)" ex. 1st row, 2nd column would be (0,1)
2. The top numbers represent the last digit for West team points and the side numbers represent the last digit for East team points
3. After each quarter the scores will be recorded and the last digits of each team's score will be used to find the winning GRID spot
ex. East scores 21 points West scores 23, the winning GRID spot will be (1,3)
4. The winning GRID spot will receive points as posted below

Rewards:
1st Quarter: 2 points
Half Time: 3 points
3rd Quarter: 2 points
Final: 4 points + Any Points Spent

* I will update the GRID after east person posts
* If the Winning GRID spot is an unclaimed spots, no one wins the points

EDIT: The scoring will count on the LAST game of the NBA Finals, I will do a full game recap of the final game (which ever game it might be)

George7, it is open to claim spots until I post a mini-recap of Game 3, but the GRID scoring will only count on the FINAL game, which ever game it ends up being

so if the Celtics sweep, final game is Game 4...if Celtics win the first 2 games, but the Thunder win 4 in a row to be the champion, then Game 6 is the final game

Valdis, basically follow George7's format of claiming spots. the main objective is to guess what the last digit of the scores for each team will be on the FINAL game

1. Just pick a Square, you have up to 5
2. Whatever Square you are on.....go up...that number will stands for the last digit of the Thunders' score...go left...that number will stand for the last digit of the Celtics' score
3. the scores are at 1st quarter, 2nd quarter, 3rd quarter, final score...different # of points at each quarter

I'm going to be totally honest here: I dont get this. Why do we pick five if there are only four quarterS?

because it doesnt depend on quater

i'm basically giving everyone 5 chances to guess the last digit of their scores during 4 different times

so if in the 1Q the score is Thunder 21 to Celtics 23...winner is (1,3)...u don't win

but if the score is Thunder 43 to Celtics 37...winner is (3,7)...u win...and it did NOT matter that you listed (3,7) as your first choice

just say the left number first and the top number seconds....(Celtics, Thunder)

just know that those numbers represent scores at different times of the last NBA Finals game
