am i supposed to re-download the mod?

i re-downloaded the mod but i left the old files still there and the game crashed..

so am i suppose to download this to a clean NBA LIVE 08 (that means i re-install the game) ?

can someone give me instructions on how to install this...
BTW what does the final four patch do?

Can someone please help me install this?

what i did:
1.i re-installed my nba live 08 to get it clean.
2.then i downloaded the files (Art, ai, CFs, Roster, sgsm, Final Four patch)
3.i put it in the folders...
Art=sgsm
ai=ai
CF=sgsm
Roster=My Documents/Nba live 08
sgsm=sgsm
Final Four=1.sgsm 2.sgsm/uniforms
4. i started up NBA Live 08
5. i dont see any logos and when i play a match, it simply crashes...

But i think i found the problem... i reinstalled nba live 08 and put the beta.. then i put the folders and now it works ...
