I'm just glad LA has stepped up their defense, I was watching the Lakers/Orlando series and their defense was so much better compared to the first half of this season, boredom or not...you can't play like that. :\

The team is getting in to playoff mode though, can't complain. Sweet dunk(s) by Brown against the Hornets too.

Indeed, though that particular team didn't do much to help that cause today.

You really don't think that after you've won over and over and played 10+ seasons in the league you aren't going to get bored for stretches and just go through the motions?

Lay off ZanShadow benji. Thinking isn't one of his strong suits.

But it's like he never saw anyone play themselves into shape. :(

You don't want the guilt of causing pain or worse, death, to ZanShadow. Thinking makes his head hurt.
That's why he never bothers to read.
Reading makes him think.
Thinking hurts his head.
Thinking is dangerous to him.
So stop it and leave ZanShadow alone plz!

Andrew, bad wording on my part. I did not mean that fatigue causes injury but is a factor in making injury more likely as well as affecting severity and recovery time. Was pleased to see Spurs drop another one, Bulls and Lakers both looking for that top record.

Why was Parker not playing?

DNP LEFT PATELLA CONTUSION

AKA, rest veteran players as much as possible and hope it builds up the youngins unless Lakers start looking like they're catching up then play a game or two that matters. (Or say, lol fuck the first seed, we roll when we want.)

Enjoying a Lady Gaga concert at Staples.

Re: Lakers Thread

I think the Spurs also went to a Lady Gaga concert. Except for that old fart Antonio McDyess who never went to watch.

Several Spurs forgot about their disappointing performance in Miami with a respite from basketball after returning back to San Antonio the following night.

Spurs guard Tony Parker said about half of his team attended the Lady Gaga concert Tuesday night at the AT&T Center. Parker posted several pictures of the concert at his Facebook account. And Manu Ginobili uploaded several pictures on his Plixi account of the headliner.

Ginobili didn’t talk to the media Wednesday as he recovered from a sore throat that was noticeable after the Miami game. But Parker said he couldn’t tell if Ginobili was screaming during the show.

“I don’t know,” Parker said. “He was sitting in front of me. I don’t know if he was screaming. But he was moving his head. I could see that.”

Eldest Spur Antonio McDyess was one of those who didn’t attend.

“Maybe the young guys were there, but not me,” McDyess said, chuckling. “I don’t know one of her songs.”

Perhaps, but in this case I'd say not. He just stepped on a foot and badly rolled his ankle.

Back to back champions wont be bored, but those cry babies who took their talents to South Beach can be. Riiiiiight.

What a fucking game, fucking awesome! Odom is easily my favorite Laker, this summer number 7 is going to be joining 34 & 24 Laker jerseys, he deserves as much love as he can get. Give him the 6th man award at LEAST! (Didn't even make him an All-Star when he would have been so much more damn entertaining with his versatilty than whiteboy D-Rodman.)

Killer B's all being ejected sucked ass though, fucking epic game. I can't wait for the playoffs. :D (For those who don't get why I'm THIS excited...the ex gf is originally from Dallas/Texas. Fuck yes!)

I can't wait for the Spurs game. :) Hopefully I can catch the second half live.

The fact that Ron Artest isn't hoisting up ill advised three's, is playing good defense and seems to be having fun out there is just so..calming to know. He sort of worried me there for a bit & I thought it would only spiral out of control.

Tips imaginary hat to the Zen Master.
