Hornets trade Green to Wizards for Crawford.
New Orleans, LA.
New Orleans Hornets started season with poor record, last in division and third worse in western conference. Without Ariza Hornets didn't had a good SF/SG to replace he, Marco Belineli replaced Ariza and played well, but Green performance was poor. Hornets is a young team, and Hornets decided to trade Willie Green to Washington for Jordan Crawford, rookie from Xavier university. Jordan didn't played well in Washington, because he played only 4 minutes per game.
In his first game with Hornets, Jordan injured his arm and is out for 1-2 weeks.
Good news, Ariza possibly will be back in next week. Currently he preparing for next road game against Mavericks, in Dallas, TX. ''I feel better, now.'' said Ariza after the game against Portland.Okafor grabs 25 rebounds, sets franchise record.

Emeka Okafor playing very well, he won West player of the week award second straight week. And in a game against Clippers in New Orleans, he grabbed franchise high 25 rebounds. Okafor had only 3 rebounds in first quarter, but then he managed to grab 11 in second quarter, finishing with 14 after first two quarters. In third he grabbed 6 and in fourth 5.
Before the game Okafor averaged 8.9rpg and after game, 10.8 rpg. He jumped from 14th place to 4th and was named West Player of the week for second straight time.

Heh, in last quarter my FG % was 79. Clippers started 4th with bench warmers and I took advantage, they subbed starting lineup only 2 minutes before the end of game, it was too late....

Nice to see Okafor having an All Star season so far. I still remember when i played a 06 dynasty with the Bobcats and Okafor was on my team he was unstoppable

Another losing week for Hornets. In first road game, Hornets blew up 11 point lead, and lost to Mavericks in close and dramatic game. Chris Paul, missed wide open three pointer and Emeka Okafor didn't grabbed easy rebound, Jason Terry made three pointer and Dallas lead was 7. Hornets new coach Monty Williams called a timeout, David West passed ball to Okafor, and he missed tough shot against Nowitzki, West grabbed rebound and dunked ball, Dallas lead was only 5. Then Dirk, and Jason Terry made a three pointers, and Caron Butler stoled a ball from Marco Belineli, and it was end of run for Hornets and Dallas won this game.
In second game with Dallas this time in New Orleans. New Orleans lost another one, this time only by 5 points. Hornets were down by 15 in fourth quarter, but Chris Paul made two three pointers, Marco Belineli added one, and West scored four points, now Dallas lead was only 2 points. But Quincy Pondexter lost ball, and Dirk made three pointer and game was over. Hornets lost another game in dramatic fashion.
Now biggest question is: Who is bad guy?
A lot of fans blame new coach Monty Williams. But why he is wrong? After this Hornets fired their Assistant coach, and hired Billy Johnson, and fired athletic trainer and hired Carl Patterson.

A lot of changes in this week. First of all, three teams changed their General Managers and Houston Rockets might be sold in next week.
Charlotte Bobcats hired Billy Bob as a new General Manager. They fired Rod Higgins shortly after he almost traded Stephen Jackson for draft picks. Michael Jordan was shocked, he immediately fired Rod, and after two days he hired Billy Bob. Nobody knows who is Billy Bob, but all will know it in future.
Another General Manager changes was in Cleveland Calaviers and Denver Nuggets. Cavaliers hired Josh Cruzer, while Nuggets Marko Jenjić.
35 years old millionaire Miguel Rios from Houston, will became a new owner of Houston Rockets in next week. Leslie Alexander sold his team to Rios for 320$ millions.
