Fortunately it was only the power block that wasn't properly attached.

I had that happen the other day. Called tech support, and it fixed itself.

Mine fixed itself then died again about 3 weeks later for good. Be prepared.

I actually went and searched for most of the odd names on that list. Turns out it only pops out actual full names as every name on that list was found in google.
