custom shoes for the team

hi guys, i've searched the whole patching forum for this question, but no luck, hope u guys can help me out here; use the golden state warrior's throwback jersey for example, i want to add custom shoes for the throwback jersey by adding a bsho file into the gocl01.fsh file, but i had no luck. in custom jerseys that other people have created, there are 5 files: back, blet, buni, frnt, and bsho. but the original jerseys only have back, blet, buni, and frnt. how do u add the bsho into the gocl01.fsh file? please help, thanks
