Feb-March at a glance

Not the best of months for the Knicks winning just 4 games with a record of 4-6 losing 5 straight to end the month Mike D'Antoni's job still appears safe unless a couple of coaches around the league, late in January the Twolves fired Kurt Rambis hiring Will Lampley which maybe people thought was pretty harsh considering the teams record of 20-30 and the fact that he such a young team to work with.

Larry Brown decided it was his time to leave the Bobcats opting to spend more time with his family , the Bobcats had just made trades and some say that Larry wasnt happy with losing allstar Gerald Wallace.

The Bobcats will be coached by Patrick Williamson who's new team have a record of 17-42 joint worst with the Wizards who surprise surprise fired Flip Saunders this week choosing to roll with Kurt Rambis who wasnt out of work for long.

In other news the Kings parted with Paul Westphal naming Malcome McCleod his replacement.

i think you really need to find rebounding big men in the off season...
Shelden Williams with a team high 10 rebounds is not going to cut it...

I think Okafor could be this guy,he is pretty fast and athletic for a big guy,and he is one of the best interior defenders in the league but can also contribute on offense...

Okafor would be good...but i doubt (mp3's) Knicks have the money or the assets to get him...

with Melo and Amare...offense should be good...he needs a rebounding and/or defense specialist big man on the cheap...

players that come to mind...
DeAndre Jordan (if the Clippers dont resign him)
Ben Wallace (if he doesn't retire)
Nazr Mohammed
Ryan Hollins
Zydrunas Ilgauskas
Tyson Chandler - probablt the best of the bunch...and a free agent...might cost some $$ though

or if Houston doesnt extend...i'd definitely take a chance on Hasheem Thabeet
