This is why you make multiple saves.. Check other save files and see if it's still in there

You could do what I did with both my franchises, which is just create a new save file and sim up to where you were before, which is quite easy, since it's the last game of the reg. season. Your record doesn't have to be exact, we'll forgive you.

just make the trades/signings along the way

and then just throw out the last contest...i'm okay with that...since the standings will probably be different..we can also ignore the last article about playoff seeding
