Watched the Heat-Timberwolves game when Pittman saw his first action of the season, damn he's big. 280 pounds doesn't measure to Curry's 350, but at least he's in shape.

The rumor is that Curry is actually in some sort of shape but nobody wants to insure him nor take a chance. But the Heat can avoid it by doing it as playoffs only due to the new rules where they can just ditch him.

Seems like Spo finally made up his mind on starters. Dempier at C and Bibby at PG for now. As for Eddy Curry, I guess they were after the big body as Miller and Jones are set as wings in the rotation and as we don't need no more ball handlers.

He is a career 100% three-point shooter, Miller can take a seat.

Maybe LeBron now understands that there is a better option on his team for a potential game winner than himself.

Even if they're down by one, I suggest they give it to Eddie for 3.

Curry the biggest fat ass on the court picking on the smallest guy against. (Y)

I guess we brought him for 2 good reasons, for his clutch shooting ability and to beat the hell outta Rondo in the playoffs. When the fight erupts, the Heat can rely on Curry's big fatty ass, Haslem's great shoving, Howard's kamikaze-flagrant-fouls and Magloire's Canadian elbowing.

There are certain plays that define a player as legitimately tough, a physical player and a force to be reckoned with. Then there are plays that define players as wannabe tough guys and losers. That Curry video would be a fine example of the latter.

I think that Perkins fouled Curry on this play. Pretty too much arm shoving in my eyes. Dwight would have gotten the call. Poor Rondo that he has to suffer from the non-call.

Perhaps he had a right to be upset about the lack of a call, but the shove on Rondo was cheap and dirty and given the size difference, pretty cowardly to boot. To borrow from Kevin Durant, it's the act of a fake tough guy.

As for the Heat, they looked pretty ordinary in the loss to the Bucks. Granted, Wade sat it out, but even without him they've got the talent to take care of a team like this year's Bucks at home.

I don't think he'd have pushed Perkins, Garnett or even Pierce. But then that's what makes all this funny and him a coward. LOL

Didn't watch the game but this game was a must win for the Heat. Now every playoffs series from second round will be an uphill battle without homecourt advantage.

A Bulls victory tomorrow would help matters. The Heat have also got a golden opportunity with one last game against the Celtics themselves.

Hmmm, last year around playoffs his mom was involved in that Delonte West scandal around playoffs, now this.
Way to go mama James, way to distract your son from focusing on basketball. -.-

Don't worry. LeBron is a grown ass man who doesn't need to watch over his 40yrd mother.
I doubt it affects his game. But man, his mother sure is wild...

The former team (Walker-Rose-Pedja-Anderson-Fisher) would vaporize the latter team off the face of the earth. They have gobs of rings, the latter team has one ring combined. Anyone who doesn't have a ring is worthless especially compared to those who won rings.

Real basketball fans know this, anyone with a ring is better than anyone without one automatically.

Learn about the game already, maybe you could try watching it to start.

she was accused of assaulting a valet worker because it was taking too long to have her car delivered.

Valet worker is such a hater. If Bron ditches the Heat, it's on him.

Hater?
she was accused of assaulting a valet worker because it was taking too long to have her car delivered.
Police said Gloria James had a strong odor of alcohol on her breath and her eyes were bloodshot when officers arrived at the hotel
several witnesses supported valet worker Sorel Rockfeller's account of the alleged assault

Sounds like rumours of Curry getting in shape may have been greatly exaggerated:

Curry’s poor conditioning and more than 350 pounds of weight ultimately doomed his bid to join the Heat. After going to Chicago to work out Curry, who turned 28 two weeks ago, Riley was intrigued enough to bring him down to Miami for further evaluation and a medical physical. After working out a few days in the middle of last week, Curry eventually returned to his hometown of Chicago without an offer.
