Questions

I recently bought NBA Live 2005 (very cheap offer) mainly for the Dynasty Modus. Unfortunately the short printed manual that came with the game contains pretty much zero information about this modus except for some general descriptions so that, as I'm not familiar with the NBA live series, I've got lots of questions.
Before I list all of them here I'd like to ask - is there a comprehensive manual for this game to be had somewhere or are there other resources where I might get further informations about the Dynasty Modus and the game in general? I had thought there'd be at least a manual file on the CD but if there is I haven't found it yet.

yea, live 2005 has a terrible manual, but all games have crappy ones now

The biggest question I have right now is: What do I have to do to play the actual games like a coach, meaning all my team's players are AI-controlled on the court but I get to decide about substitutions and tactical decisions? Seeing that this is the Dynasty mode and it is possible to watch games of my team as AI vs. AI this should be possible but I haven't yet found out how.
