For the USB thing, I think if you go to Save, and if you've configured your USB, it will appear as a storage device. Save it onto here, and put it into your computer.

I installed the patch and it's working beautifully. The new Cavs court, 2k deleted the corruption when you saved on a timeout, better collisions in dunks, better AI logic, if that's what you mean... check the full list here.
