I'm likely going to unsticky then lock this thread. These sort of threads are used originally then the original poster leaves or goes on hiatus & never gets updated again. Associations come & go. If you have an active one, people will know it is there.

I won't unsticky and lock yet, but unless I hear good reason to keep it, then it'll go.
