Chapter VIII. Adventures of Sterling & Curry

Clippers training facility after their win over the Cavaliers

Eddy Curry, "Damnit! I thought there would some vending machine's here!! That's what they told me if I go here....ahh!"

A moan from the distance, "ohhh....ohhh....."

Curry, "What was that? Who's there? Do you need help?"

Curry walks around the facility, following the moans. He enters the office and sees Clippers owner Donald T. Sterling on the floor.

uhm, you okay there buddy?

, "Oohhh, my head..."

, "Mr. Sterling...its me, Eddy Curry..."

Immediately Sterling sits up, startled.

, "AHHH! WHO ARE YOU!? GET AWAY FROM ME! are you mugging me?"

, "Hey! It's me! Eddy Curry! I play for your team..."

, "Uhmm....uhhm..."

, "Eddy Curry!! Com'on, don't you recognize me?"

, "Uhmm....uhhm..."

, "where did you get those glasses? eh...never mind..."

, "Well, don't just stand there Carey, help me up if you work for me."

, "hm....It's Curry..." as he helps DTS up

, "No, no thanks, I don't want any Curry...I am hungry though"

, "hehe, are you thinking what I am thinking?"

They both go to a buffet and eat all the food until they close.

, "I'm stuffed...."

, FART, "I think I'm okay too, maybe desert?"

, "You know, Edgar, I had a lot of fun with out. I'll take care of the bill."

, "Wait a second, it says here that I am paying you $11 Million to play for the Clippers!?"

don't worry. that's really the only thing he is good for

....for testing purposes, i was simming through some months...and with Curry on the Inactive list. he suffered a Strained Abdomen!

but really, the pictures took a while....but for the next adventures tell me...is it the story that caught you...or the pictures? or both?

Holy shit dude, that monthly recap is fucking awesome! Your story, if you can keep it up, is amazing.

just wondering what sounds more fair for the monthly contest....

1) just take the leaders up to that month...basically look at the player stats screen and check the leaders
...its easier, but then its really a combination of November+December

2) gather data from the box scores of each game in the month of December only and calculate it myself
...its a little harder, but i dont mind and it allows the stats to be ONLY from December

CLIPPERS WITH ANOTHER BLOW OUT



THE FACTS: In their first matchup, the LA Clippers earned their first win of the season behind a career night by DeAndre Jordan. Paul George returns to Los Angeles, where her grew up a fan of many LA teams, including the LA Clippers. The Clippers came out on fire, probably still feeling it from their blow out against the Cavs. The Pacers had no answer for the Clippers attack in the middle, especially with Roy Hibbert getting into foul trouble in the 1Q. The Clippers had a lead as high as 30 points in the first half, but a late run by the Pacers in the 2Q cut the lead to 25. Roy Hibbert had all of his 18 first half points in the 2Q - 18 points also being the total team points in the 1Q. In the second half, there was nothing much the Pacers could do as the Clippers bench would go on to score another 44 points in the 4Q including 4-4 from 3PT. 2 of those 3PT coming from Willie Warren, who had 8 minutes this game, the most this season so far.

THE STAT: The Clippers are the Pacers are both in the top 5 in 3PT% this season. In this game the Clippers shot 7-12 (58%) while the Pacers shot a miserable 1-24 (4%). Willie Warren had more 3PT that the Indiana Pacers

QUOTABLE: GM KidJustin, "I am really proud of my team, in only 3 games we have shown real chemistry. On both offense and defense. At this rate I have no idea what can stop us."

HOT: Clippers 1Q, Shot 80% with 46 points in the quarter. 30 points coming in the paint

NOT: Pacers 1Q, Shot 27% with only 18 points as they were only able to convert 6 field goals

GOOD MOVE: Baron Davis stripped the ball on the defensive end, ran all the way to the other court a slam dunked with 3 Pacers around him. BOOM DIZZLE


BAD MOVE: Baron Davis was in the post and then kicked the ball out to the perimeter, but as he was trying to get out of the point, he got tangled up with a Pacer and got called for a offensive 3 seconds in the key

Injuries: Darren Collison collided with DeAndre Jordan early in the 1Q and fell awkwardly, he would not return to the game and is listed out for 2-4 weeks with a Strained Abdomen
Ben Wallace twisted his ankle going up for a the ball that was shot up after it did not beat the shot clock

GM KidJustin's phone rings...

KidJustin, "Hello...?"

Mystery Voice, "We had a deal! No one is suppose to find out!"

KidJustin, "Whoa, whoa...What are you talking about!??"

Mystery Voice, "People are going to find out what we did! It was suppose to stay a secret."

KidJustin, "Don't worry...no one knows anything..."

Mystery Voice, "Well someone seemed to be snooping very closely! I don't want to take any chances..."

KidJustin, "Look, its me KidJustin, GM of the Clippers and Sterling got nothing on this...I got it under control. And even more no one is going to go after you. Its you...you're freaking...."

Before KidJustin says the mystery voice's name he hangs up as DTS angrily storms into his office

DTS angry, "How dare you hit me!"

KidJustin, under his breathe, "You know you deserved it..."

DTS, "What did you say?....I ought to fire you and file a lawsuit against you for that!"

KidJustin, calmly, "But you wont...because you know you can't...or else."

DTS, looks angry but can't get any more words out of his mouth.

KidJustin, "Now get out of my office, I have work to do..."

Just caught up with the whole thing. There are parts that are disjointed, and I'm not sure how sustainable what you have so far is, but it is totally awesome. The graphics are amazing, and there is clearly a lot of work into this.

The one thing I really don't like is all of the contests. It just seems excessive and pointless to me. All in all, great work though. Keep it up.

yea i feel that sometimes too... i tend to come up with random things and people get confused cuz went i get an idea i just put it in and then try to piece it all together later...

i'm trying to think of it all in the big picture to tie it all together a little better though
